The ideal candidate possesses the ability to provide outstanding customer service as well as use your previous technical skills in the network security industry. This fun, challenging role includes providing phone and email support for our award-winning network access control, vulnerability management, and intrusion prevention products. Very strong skills are required in IP networking, Linux operating system, and networking utilities. Ability to setup and diagnose IP networking and related issues, remotely diagnose product and operating system problems while maintaining a positive customer experience are essential. This person will also be responsible for escalating support issues to the appropriate experts within the company, owning support issues until resolution.
